Women already comprise the largest portion of the wellbeing marketplace in the UK.... so how we're welcoming our female guests to Surrey Hills Wellfest will be beyond the norm!

To ensure we create something truly amazing our 'Wonderul for Women' program is being curated by a fantastic team of females with a wealth of wellbeing knowledge and experience.

We want all our women visitors to #stayallday and together we'll be making a programme that ensures our female fanbase arrives early. leaves late and enjoys every moment in between.

Sallie Barker MBE, Mayor of Guildford

Councillor Sallie Barker MBE has over 30 years in the sport sector and is passionate about equality for women. Her roles have included Head of Operations at the Sport and Recreation Alliance, Chair of the European Equality in Sport Committee and she is currently Finance and Governance Director for World Lacrosse and Chair of British Blind Sport. Sallie was awarded an MBE in 2017 for her services to women and sport.

Yvette spent over thirty years as a professional and successful Acupuncturist in London and abroad. Now retired, Sound Healing and breath work are Yvette’s Therapy and practical focus

Many great teachers inspired and personally taught her on the way. Yvette's goal is to always enjoy, with full heart, what she does, to be forever creative and inspirational to herself and others.

Julia Roberts

Julia is a qualified clinical hypnotherapist, practicing in psychodynamic therapy.

Having worked in the corporate sector, prisons and in charities.

Julia's passion is finding creative ways to enable people to make changes in their lives. Hosting women's empowerment circles with Jane Tyson.

Kate Shaw

In 2007, Kate swapped commuting and its unhealthy side effects to harness her Iove of dancing when she trained as a dance fitness instructor.

With a focus on fun in her classes she soon found people kept coming back to her blend of uplifting music and easy to follow dance moves for all.

Kate is commited to community hosting social classes, themed dance events and fundraisers.

Jane Tyson

Councillor Jane Tyson loves 'Building Communities With a Purpose'. She’s dedicated to upskilling and empowering women as a Goal Mapping Facilitator, Tech Trainer, and Women's Circles Facilitator.

With a portfolio career as a podcaster, business network leader, teacher, and trainer, Jane hosts the podcast Random Dialogues and authored Networking Beyond Small Talk.
